An all solid-wood Jumbo guitar that delivers the legendary Guild Jumbo tone at a price that makes it accessible to discerning guitarists on a budget! The GuildŽ GAD-JF48 was designed utilizing the legendary jumbo body shape that has been in the GuildŽ line since 1954. It features solid mahogany back and sides, a solid spruce top that features scalloped bracing, joined to the one piece mahogany neck with the traditional dovetail neck joint. The fingerboard and bridge are crafted from rosewood .The pearl dot inlayed bridge and strap pins are made from ebony, and Guild has added wood bindings, and Grover Rotomatic tuning gears. For the best in tone and intonation, the GAD-JF48 features a bone nut and bone compensated saddle. The finishing touch -- classic pearl fingerboard inlays and a deluxe wooden arched case.
